Exit the terminal building and turn left.
Continue straight, following the signs for "Cercanías" (train station) and cross another pedestrian crossing.
Just to the right, behind the wall of the Airport "Cercanías" Station, you will find a parking area with yellow lines on it. Our shuttle will pick you up there.

Our offices are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the airport. Wiber provides free shuttle service to all of them.
1. Exit the arrivals terminal between doors B and C.
2. Cross the moving walkways underneath the bridge towards the parking building.
3. After crossing two pedestrian crossings (the first regulated by a traffic light and the second marked by pedestrian signage only), turn left to take the pedestrian path.
4. At the end of the pedestrian path, another black pedestrian path begins, marked with the "Other VTC" signage. Follow this path, enter the parking building, and continue until you find a red door with the sign "Abonados G".
5. Cross the door, stay a few meters ahead, and you will see our courtesy shuttle arriving at this area approximately every 15 minutes.

If on arrival, the shuttle is not at the meeting point, don't worry! We will send you a Shuttle Tracker by email so that you know exactly where your shuttle is and how long it will take to pick you up.

With the Full/Full rate, you get basic coverage with an excess, the amount of which depends on the car group. If you prefer to travel with complete peace of mind, the All Inclusive rate offers Wiber’s Top Cover, full excess-free coverage, no deposit and priority service at both the counter and the shuttle thanks to the Express Line. The Smart Car option includes the same coverage as All Inclusive but allows you to pick up and return your vehicle directly at Majorca Airport’s car park, without visiting the office.
Dependerá de la tarifa contratada. Si reservas con Smart Car, recogerás tu coche directamente en el parking del aeropuerto Aeropuerto de Mallorca, sin necesidad de pasar por la oficina. Si eliges las tarifas All Inclusive o Full/Full, la recogida se realiza en nuestras oficinas, a pocos minutos del aeropuerto, con traslado gratuito mediante nuestro shuttle bus.
If your booking is Full/Full or All Inclusive, you must return the vehicle during office opening hours at our Majorca office, located next to the airport. With the Smart Car option, returns can be made 24 hours a day directly at the Majorca Airport car park.
En nuestra oficina de Mallorca disponemos del servicio Wikey Smart Box, que te permite recoger tu coche sin pasar por mostrador. Este servicio está disponible únicamente con la tarifa All Inclusive y requiere que completes el check-in online y subas tu documentación antes de llegar, para que podamos validarla. Una vez verificada, podrás recoger tus llaves directamente en la Smart Box y comenzar tu viaje por la isla sin esperas.

No, Wiber vehicles in Majorca may only be driven on the island. It is not permitted to take them on ferries, transport them to the mainland or other islands, or drive them outside Spanish territory.
