Our offices are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the airport. Wiber provides free shuttle service to all of them.
Please follow the instructions below to reach the shuttle area, where our shuttle will be waiting for you:
1. Exit the security control area and take the lift down to floor -2.
2. Leave the terminal and walk straight ahead, crossing both pedestrian crossings until you reach "Parking Express Llegadas"..
3. Turn right and walk to the end of the parking area. Our shuttle will be waiting for you between posts 46 and 43, near the exit.

If on arrival, the shuttle is not at the meeting point, don't worry! We will send you a Shuttle Tracker by email so that you know exactly where your shuttle is and how long it will take to pick you up.

At Wiber, we offer a free shuttle service for both pickups (from the airport to our offices) and drop-offs (from our offices or EcoParking to the airport) of vehicles.
Our offices are only 5 minutes away from the airport. Please follow these instructions to reach the minibus area, where our shuttle will be waiting for you.

This depends on the rate you choose. With Smart Car, you can pick up your vehicle directly at the Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández Airport car park. With All Inclusive or Full/Full, collection takes place at our offices located less than five minutes from the airport, reached with our free shuttle service.
The return location also depends on the rate. With Full/Full or All Inclusive, you must return the car to our Alicante office, located next to the airport. With Smart Car, the return is made directly at the Alicante Airport car park. If you booked an out-of-hours return, it will take place at EcoParking, as indicated in your reservation.
Our Alicante office offers the Wikey Smart Box service, allowing you to collect your hire car quickly and without visiting the counter. This service is available exclusively with the All Inclusive rate and requires completing the online check-in and uploading your documentation for verification in advance. Once validated, you simply collect your keys from the Smart Box and begin your trip around the Costa Blanca without waiting.
The main driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for at least one year. To complete the hire, you only need your valid licence, an ID card or passport and a credit or debit card in the main driver’s name.
Wiber vehicles may be driven throughout mainland Spain, but travelling outside the country or taking ferries to the islands is not permitted. If you are planning a long trip, please check the specific conditions of your chosen car group.
