We had seen dissatisfaction, confusing terms and the gap between promises and reality up close. Wiber was born in October 2017: not to add another logo to the car park, but to create a clear experience from start to finish.
Since then, we've been obsessed with one thing: making sure the reviews that support us are genuine, positive and verifiable.
The story matters for one reason: it explains why we still ask the same question before launching or saying anything: is it true or not?
Before we send an email. Before we reply to a review. Before we speak to you at the rental desk. Is it true? Can it be verified? Can we prove it? If we can explain it, check it and back it up in real life, we go ahead. If we can't, it's not Wiber.
