× This document contains the General Conditions of Use and Rental (hereinafter “the General Conditions”) which, together with the Privacy Policy and cookies, governs the access and use that the User (hereinafter “the User”) makes of the Website https://www.wiberrentacar.com/ (hereinafter “the Website”), as well as the contracting of services through it. Through the acceptance of this document, the User states that:

2. Assumes all the obligations contained herein.
3. Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
The use of the Website attributes the condition of User and implies the acceptance of all the terms included in this document. The User must read this document carefully each time they visit the Website as it may be modified.

2. Access to the Website and registration
Simple access to the Website is for free, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.
Generally, access to the content of the Website will not require the registration of the User, although the use of certain services may be affected by prior registration.

Products and services that Wiber Rent a Car can provide to the User will require by the User and to the extent that it is necessary the prior acceptance of the General Conditions of the Service that are on the screen remaining subject to the specific conditions of the requested service.
As established in the current provisions, the User may cancel the reservation made at any time up to 24 hours before the mentioned reservation without additional cost. The charges unduly cancelled by the user in case of payment by credit card, under current legislation, may entail the obligation of payment of damages caused by the User.
The scope of provision of the vehicle rental service is limited to Spanish territory.
Wiber Rent a Car reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service of "wiberrentacar.com" without prior notice. Likewise, Wiber Rent a Car may restrict in the case of specific offers, the number of days that said offers are available or the category or model of vehicle or the place or delegation where it is offered. Reservations that have fraudulent purposes or suppose unfair competition for Wiber Rent a Car are completely forbidden and may be cancelled by Wiber Rent a Car.
The legislation applicable to the content reflected within the pages of Wiber Rent a Car will be the Spanish, submitting itself to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals in Spain.
The free and voluntary activation by the User of the service "wiberrentacar.com" is equivalent to the explicit acceptance of these conditions.
The user acknowledges that the vehicles hired may not be owned by Wiber Rent a Car, but by third party companies suppliers of vehicles. To this effect, the user is aware that for the purpose of identifying the driver of the vehicle in case of fines, his/her data may be communicated to said companies that own and supply the vehicles.
5. rental process of Wiber Rent a Car
See below the rental process of a vehicle through Wiber Rent a Car:
a. The User must access the website www.wiberrentacar.com and select the dates on which the User wishes to use a rented vehicle as well as the place where the vehicle will be collected.
b. Once the place and the date in which the User wishes to rent the vehicle have been selected, they must select the vehicle that they will rent from a list of vehicles that will be displayed on the website. Regarding the vehicle, Wiber Rent a Car informs on the website about the characteristics / equipment of every car (ex: number of doors, maximum number of occupants, maximum number of luggage, type of vehicles -manual or automatic, as well as its Energy Rating).
c. Once the user has chosen the vehicle that best suits their needs, they must select between two types of services: "All inclusive" or "Full / Full". The User will be able to see the prices of these two services and what kind of performance and features each of them includes.
d. Next, if the User deems it convenient, he/she may contract other extra services offered by Wiber Rent a Car through the Website, right on the "Extras" dropdown button.
e. Lastly, the User must select the most convenient payment method for the User: Visa or Mastercard credit card; or select "Pay when picking up". Depending on the payment method chosen, Wiber Rent a Car may apply discounts on the price that may be consulted by the User at the moment in which they must determine the "Payment Options".
f. To complete the renting process, the User must fill in their personal data and click on the "Confirm my reservation" button, before accepting the General Conditions.
g. The places of pickup and drop off of vehicles will be determined during the rental process.
6. Billing
The User knows and accepts that Wiber Rent a Car will only send their invoices to the email address that they have provided during the registration process. However, the User can request at any time the invoices to be sent to them on paper, for which the User must send their request to reservas@wiberrentacar.com..
7. Incidents, complaints, claims and requests for information.
For any incident, complaint, claim or request for information the User can contact Wiber via any of the following options:
· Sending a document to Wiber Rent a Car Customer Service addressed: Calle Ciscar, 39, 12003, Castellón - España.
· Calling to +34 964 01 00 00 from Monday to Thursday from 9:30h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 18:00h and Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00h.
Wiber Rent a Car will respond to the complaints received in the shortest possible time and in any case within a maximum period of one month from the presentation of the claim.
Wiber Rent a Car has complaint / claims / request forms that the User available at the desk of the different delegations.
8. Copyright and industrial property.
All the content of the Website, such as texts, photos, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audio-visual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are copyright of Wiber Rent a Car or have been licensed to Rent a Car by third-party holders and are protected by industrial property and copyrights.
The brands, trademarks or logos are the property of Wiber Rent a Car or third parties, without it being understood that access to the Website attributes any right over them.
All the rights of Intellectual, Industrial and Image Property will be respected and recognized over all the original content published by the User in the Platform, with the User transferring to Wiber Rent a Car, with respect to said contents, only the rights necessary for the correct exploitation and promotion of the service and the Website by Wiber Rent a Car, for everyone. This assignment of rights is limited to the use, by Wiber Rent a Car, of the exploitation and promotion of the Website for the time that the User is registered on the Website.
Wiber Rent a Car will not be responsible for the use that third-party Users apply to their own or third-party content on the Website, being exonerated from any responsibility in this regard.
9. Content and services linked through the Website
