Car Rental in Alicante

The price of your car hire depends on the season, the type of vehicle and the rate you choose. At Wiber Rent a Car, we always show you the final price from the very beginning, with no hidden fees or surprises when picking up your hire car in Alicante.

With the Full/Full rate you get basic coverage with an excess, the amount of which varies depending on the car group. If you prefer to travel worry-free, the Locked Price rate offers Wiber's Top Cover: full excess-free coverage, no deposit and priority service both at the counter and on the shuttle thanks to the Express Line. Smart Car includes the same coverage as the Locked Price rate, but with the convenience of picking up and returning the car directly in the airport's own car park at Alicante Airport, without going through the office.

This depends on the rate you choose. With Smart Car, you can pick up your vehicle directly at the Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández Airport car park. With Locked Price or Full/Full, collection takes place at our offices located less than five minutes from the airport, reached with our free shuttle service.

The return location also depends on the rate. With Full/Full or Locked Price, you must return the car to our Alicante office, located next to the airport. With Smart Car, the return is made directly at the Alicante Airport car park. If you booked an out-of-hours return, it will take place at EcoParking, as indicated in your reservation.

Our Alicante office offers the Wikey Smart Box service, allowing you to collect your hire car quickly and without visiting the counter. This service is available exclusively with the Locked Price rate and requires completing the online check-in and uploading your documentation for verification in advance. Once validated, you simply collect your keys from the Smart Box and begin your trip around the Costa Blanca without waiting.

The main driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for at least one year. To complete the hire, you only need your valid licence, an ID card or passport and a credit or debit card in the main driver’s name.

Wiber vehicles may be driven throughout mainland Spain, but travelling outside the country or taking ferries to the islands is not permitted. If you are planning a long trip, please check the specific conditions of your chosen car group.
