This is why, we are very excited to announce that we have launched a new service that will speed up even more the whole process of the hire car collection: the WIKEY SMART BOX. Thanks to this new service, included FOR FREE in our “All Inclusive” rate, our bewibers will be able to pick up their rental car without having to stop by the check-in counter in our office.

WIKEY SMART BOX: SPEED UP THE PROCESS OF THE RANTAL CAR COLLECTION.
The new Wikey Smart Box system allows our customers to pick up their holiday rental car without the need to go through the check-in counter, so they will avoid possible queues or client flow in high season.
How do we do now? Just following these easy 6 steps:
1. When you arrive at the airport of any of our 3 destinations (Málaga, Alicante o Palma de Mallorca), take our free shuttle that will give you a ride to our office (conveniently located only 5 minutes away from the airport).
2. Approach any of our Wikey Smart Boxes that are visibly located next to our office.
3. Scan the barcode on the screen of the Wikey Smart Box. This barcode will have been sent to your email address after having checking-in online. On the screen all your personal data will be displayed, that you will have to check and confirm.
4. If you have already made the payment online, go to the next step. Otherwise, you can pay your rental directly in the machine. Remember that we accept both credit and debit card (Visa or Mastercard).
5. Contract agreement. Once we have reached this point, your rental contract will be displayed on the screen. Please read the contract and sign it directly in the Smart Box. And do not worry about your contract, you will receive a copy in your inbox as soon as you have picked up the keys of your car.
6. Collect your keys. The Wikey Smart Box will provide you the keys as well as the number of the parking space where the car you booked is located.

Remember that you can only benefit from the Wikey Smart Box if you book the “All Inclusive” rate, which offers our fully-comprehensive insurance Top Cover (the best and most complete coverage in the market) as well as free roadside assistance 24/7 and most importantly: excess waiver and deposit waiver. Forget about disturbing amounts blocked on your credit card.
Secondly, the Wikey Smart Box does not offer a key return system, therefore the return of the keys must be done in our office.
