With Locked Price, there is no deposit, either when you book or when you arrive at the rental desk. Your booking includes vehicle hire, unlimited mileage and the conditions associated with the selected rate.
With the Basic Rate, there is an excess and cover is limited.
Yes, we accept debit cards for all our rates (Visa and Mastercard, excluding EC cards and Girocards). Only physical cards are accepted as a payment method.
Your confirmation email will contain the link you can use to unlock your car. No app download is required.
Open the link 30 minutes before your hire begins. We will show you the car's exact location in the airport car park and the steps to follow to unlock it.
Once you are next to the car, scan the barcode and it will unlock. Inside you will find the keys and the car park ticket, whose cost we will reimburse automatically.
To return the car, park it in the same car park and on the same level where you collected it, with a full tank. Open the link again and follow the steps until the car is locked.
It is essential that your flight number is entered correctly in your booking. We monitor flights, arrival times and delays, so we will know if your flight is delayed.
Provided your flight was scheduled to arrive before 23:00, our closing time, we will wait for you even if the delay means that you ultimately arrive later.
Original, physical and valid documents:
National identity card or passport.
Valid driving licence held for at least 1 year.
If your licence is not written in the Latin alphabet or, depending on the country of issue, is not directly valid in Spain, you will also need an International Driving Permit (IDP), always accompanied by the original licence.
A physical Visa or Mastercard, credit or debit, when required to make the corresponding payment or deposit at the rental office.
